This article explains how to complete payment for Security Awareness Training (SAT) purchased with your cyber insurance policy. Completing this payment will activate your training and ensure you retain up to $50,000 in additional Funds Transfer Fraud (FTF) coverage — provided at no extra cost to your insurance premium.*
Per your policy terms, this training is billed separately from your insurance premium and must be paid directly in Coalition Control.
💳 How to Make the Payment
1. Log in to Coalition Control
- Go to control.coalitioninc.com/security-training, or
- Click the “Pay Now” button in the invoice email you received from Coalition.
2. Click "Pay Now"
- Once logged in, you’ll be guided through onboarding or you can visit Security Training in Control. You will be prompted to pay for the Security Awareness Training added to your policy.

3. Verify Seat Count and Complete Payment
- You’ll be redirected to a secure payment page (powered by Stripe).
- Verify the seat count matches your organization size. If it doesn’t, you can update the seat count directly on this page. Payment Method: Credit Card only.
4. Activate Your Training
Once payment is completed:
- The Security Training tab in Control will be activated.
- You’ll gain access to your SAT dashboard and training content. (Learn more through SAT Demo)
