  1. What is Coalition Security Awareness Training (SAT)?

    • Coalition SAT is a robust cyber security training solution purpose-built for small and medium businesses to help you educate employees on cyber threats, reduce cyber risk, and help meet compliance training requirements.

    • Coalition SAT uses engaging training content such as short videos, real-life stories, interactive phishing exercises and live phishing simulations and helps strengthen your employees’ defense against cyber attacks. Integrated within Coalition Control, it allows Coalition policyholders and Coalition Control users to seamlessly manage and mitigate human security risks alongside all other cyber security risks from one platform.

    No. Coalition SAT is an add-on product from Coalition that is available to purchase.

    Yes! We offer a 15 day free trial for you to try the product.
  1. How is Coalition SAT priced?
    SAT is available as an annual subscription and is charged on a per user basis. Reach out to training@coalitioninc.com for pricing info.
  1. Do I have to be a policyholder to use Coalition SAT?
    No. Any Control user can purchase this via the Security Training section in Control.
  1. How do I sign up for Coalition SAT?
    • You can access Coalition SAT by logging in to Coalition Control and navigating to Security Training on the left menu bar. Coalition Control is automatically available to all Coalition policyholders.

    • Log in to Control, Navigate to Security Training on the left menu bar and click on “Schedule Demo” on the Coalition Security Awareness Training home page

  1. Is Coalition SAT available in other languages?
    Yes. Coalition training content is available in the following languages:
    English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Italian, Chinese, Russian, Arabic.
  1. Will my employees/users need access to Control to take the training?
    No. Employees/users will access the training courses you assign them through the learning management portal of Coalition SAT.
