What’s New?
- Assign escalation status and phone numbers to Control users when inviting or editing their profiles
- See all escalation contacts at a glance in the MDR Dashboard
- Update or add new contacts anytime without contacting MDR support
How to Add or Edit Escalation Contacts
- Go to your MDR Dashboard in Control
- Click Add New Contact or update an existing one
- Add or edit the user’s phone number
- Check “Designate as an MDR Escalation Contact”
- Save changes
