In order for this to work properly, please have the user in question perform the following actions. This can not be done from the Administrator account.
- Log into your Microsoft account through outlook.com
- In the top right corner select the User Logo:
- Within the pop out select “View Account”
- A window will open in the side panel select “Settings and Privacy”.
- The “Settings & Privacy” tab will appear, please select Privacy.
- Select Microsoft Search History
- This tab will expand, select “Download History”
- The Download History popup will appear, select ONE option at a time, and click Confirm (You will have to do this step twice, once for Outlook and another for SharePoint and Office.com)
