Coalition's Breach Response Separate Limits Endorsement provides additional coverage for breach response costs by moving these costs outside of the aggregate limit. When an incident occurs and these costs are incurred, they won't reduce the aggregate limit you have available to help your business recover.
There will still be a limit to breach response costs, equivalent to the Breach Response insuring agreement limit you have selected. However, the limit will be separate from your aggregate limit.
This coverage enhancement is available on Coalition’s policies:
-
Non-admitted: included automatically for all non-admitted quotes with a limit of $5 million or less
-
Admitted: available on Coalition Insurance Company’s admitted product for additional premium. Brokers must check the box for Breach Response Separate Limits coverage on the declarations page. Coverage is also available on Coalition’s base Swiss Re admitted offering on policies with a limit of $5 million or less in the following states (41 including D.C.): AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WV.
