Who is your carrier partner?
Zurich is our carrier partner. We selected Zurich since we were aligned with them in all aspects of the relationship, from underwriting appetite to streamlining the experience for brokers.

What is your appetite?
We'd love to see all your submissions, but our appetite guide is available here.
Are there any areas where you decline?
We write D&O coverage in all states except KY and AK.
We write EPL in all states except CA, KY and AK.
Do you have minimum premiums?
We go as low as $750 for most states and $1,000 in CA (for both D&O and EPL).
What retentions do you offer?
We offer very competitive retentions - as low as $2,500 for private company D&O and $2,000 for EPL. When we begin to offer non-profits, we can go as low as $1,000 retentions for D&O (still $2,000 for EPL).
What risk management tools will you have?
We have our Coalition Executive Risks Assessment, mid-term notifications to brokers, a pre-claims hotline for D&O and EPL concerns, checklists for common issues (like vaccines in the workplace), templates for things like employment applications, and targeted training sessions.
Do you consider accounts with claims?
We consider accounts with claims. The best fit for us are closed claims with losses below the retention, but we can consider paid claims above the retention.
