Help clients resolve findings before they become renewal blockers
Exposures that are visible, exploitable, and most likely to lead to a claim are flagged as critical security findings. While critical security findings detected mid-term will not impact coverage during the policy period, critical findings left open may result in contingencies that must be resolved prior to renewal.
Use these resources help clients take action before findings become renewal blockers:
- From the Renewal Blockers screen click on the Resolution Steps link
- Here you will find a technical summary of the finding, a quick description of the issue, recommendations you can share with your client, as well as additional resources.
- Encourage clients to log into their unique instance of Coalition Control where they can see full technical details of each finding, security support, and self-serve resources to resolve findings.
