The underwriting incomplete error indicates that you are not yet able to issue a quotation due to underwriting still being in progress. In the event this error occurs, the browser will try again. To give you a sense of how long to expect underwriting to take to complete, half of all underwriting requests complete within approximately one minute. Ninety-nine percent complete within approximately three minutes. After three minutes, your request will be sent to secondary review. That being said, if you see this error it typically indicates a mistake on our part to retry, or an attempt to call underwriting in a flow that we should not be, and you should report this error to technical support via email@example.com.
