For customers billed by their insurance broker (agency pay): we will notify you, your company's billing contact, and your insurance broker if you're late on a payment the day after it is due, at which point you will receive a notice of cancellation for non-payment. If we haven't received the overdue premium within 10 days of the cancellation/non-payment notice, we will, unfortunately, have to process a cancellation of your policy. Notices of cancellation will be sent the day after the final due date.
For customers billed by Coalition (direct pay): you will receive an e-mail notifying you (and any designated billing contact) of late payment the day after it is due, including a notice of cancellation for non-payment. If we do not receive your payment within 10 days following this notice, your policy will be canceled — this means you will lose coverage effective on the date of cancellation, so it's important you don't forget! Please note: automatic payments may be configured within your dashboard to prevent billing mishaps.
