Upon logging into Coalition, you might have seen a page that prompted to set a new password. The page looks something like this:
This is because we have moved to a new user authentication system behind the scenes (the part of our platform that manages your user profile, your password etc.). We’ve moved to this new system with the intention of unlocking future security and platform capabilities around users and permissions for our broker users and policyholders alike.
With the new set password page, you should be able to clearly see and identify the password requirements right on the page itself.
