At Coalition we operate on the principle of least privilege. When it comes to cybersecurity, that means sharing the minimum information needed by the recipient to address the security issues identified.

While policyholders receive alerts in their entirety, we mask certain information in the alerts we send to brokers to reduce the likelihood it falls into the wrong hands. Email is an inherently insecure method of communication, and a compromise of a broker's email account could inadvertently expose all of the security vulnerabilities we've disclosed on that broker's clients.

If you ever require further information on alert, don't hesitate to reach out us. We're here to help.
